Nice rooms, great location. Pleasant staff.
Noisy corridors. No newspaper available in the hotel. Limited choice in the coffee shop. For the price, I'll try somewhere else next time.
Great staff, perfect location. Short way from royal ontario museum.
To sum it up the best hotel we ever stayed in. Staff are fantastic so professional. The breakfast was top class. We couldn't fault any part of our stay there it was magnificient.
It's a comfortable hotel with extremely helpful and attentive staff. It just 'fits'.
1. Lack of tea/coffee set in the room 2. High price of valet parking
This hotel is way overrated, it doesn't deserve to be 5 stars, many 4 stars hotels In toronto are better and less expansive, - my resrvation by Booked.net wasn't there when i arrived And this seems to be the rule with this hotel( read previouse reviews) - they don't have coffee mech in the room, these days even 2 stars hotels offer coffee mech! - in short: if you are looking for 5 stars experience choose other hotel
The service was incredible. Exceeds expectations.
$40 a night for parking, but it is valet...
When we arrived and there was no record of our booking. After a few minutes, they told me they did have a room fortunately. They never told me why they did not have the booking on file, but did manage to charge my Visa from the booking. I am waiting to see if I have been charged twice for the same room.
room was clean
i did not anticipate being woken up at 7 in the morning by a constant drilling outside and i mean loud! as in they are demolishing/remodeling the building across the street and quite frankly it made it unbearable to stay there
Great location and staff.
It is a bit corporate - normally I would stay somewhere a little smaller and more 'boutique/individual' but we were there for a wedding so it made sense to stay there.
Jo in your bar on the roof was superb. Knowledgeable on surrounding areas and warm friendly approach. Comfortable beds and lovely shower! Views were great and tea with bagels delivered to room in morning were fresh and yummy
No tea and coffee facilities in room. Previously stayed at Westin Prince Hotel before and Holiday Inn by the Falls, Niagara and although different standards, both offered tea and coffee in room. There should be separate entrance to Spa as walking through busy lobby in bathrobes not ideal for this standard hotel.
All the staff was friendly and helpful - our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our shopping trip. Looking forward to my next stay on the 16th.
With the exception of one staff member, the service was excellent. Room was nice. Location was great. Food was excellent.
Shower faucet leaked when turned on. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (more than hour passed the 3pm check-in time). The women at the front desk said she would call the cell number I provided when it was ready - this didn't happen.
Staff were amazing valet guys were great!
excellent location with walking distances for best shopping and dining ; modern business facilities; free internet; variety of free coffee in the morning; good restaurant helpful and friendly staff
